Impact sparks produced by a named tool on a named metal, travelling a real distance, dying fast — and a body reacting to them.
Why it's hard
The model makes sparks float and drift like embers instead of ricocheting and dying, and lets the worker continue as if nothing were hitting them.
The flinch is the physics receipt. Sparks with lift, or a body that does not react, is the failure.
