Turning an object over in the hands, fingers finding a seam or a texture and returning to it more than once.
Why it's hard
Generated hands sweep smoothly over a surface as though presenting it. Real inspection is repetitive and returns to whatever it found.

Starter prompt

Fingers having opinions means the speed of the turn must vary with what the fingers find — so the prompt ties acceleration and stalling directly to the seam. The return is specified as a count, twice more, with the second one slower, because "inspecting carefully" alone reads as generic rotation. Naming exactly one physical feature on the object gives the model a target for that attention to converge on.
A constant-speed turntable rotation with the fingers merely acting as a cradle — no pause, no return, and the object looking like it is spinning rather than being turned.
