Por qué es difícil
El modelo congela en una pose equilibrada y sostenible porque eso es lo que contienen sus imágenes de entrenamiento. Una pose que podrías mantener con comodidad demuestra que el movimiento nunca fue real.
El congelado debe ser físicamente inviable de sostener: esa inviabilidad es lo que vende el movimiento a su alrededor.

The freeze sells the motion only if the pose could not be held — so the prompt specifies mid-transfer weight, a lifted heel and a torso past balance, plus the calf tremor that proves the body is fighting it. Naming the two-second hold and the resume gives the model a temporal structure instead of a still frame. The camera's half-beat delay is deliberate: an operator who anticipates the cue is a synthetic tell.
A balanced, comfortable statue pose on both feet — the model picks the apex of the movement, holds it dead still with no tremor, and often cuts rather than resuming from the same shape.
