Por qué es difícil
La pose en el punto álgido es el patrón aprendido porque la fotografía de archivo está llena de ella. El instante de transición es lo que capta de verdad un obturador real.
Elige el momento de transición, nunca la pose culminante, y deja algo que siga cayendo dentro del fotograma congelado.

The apex pose is the AI default because stock photography is full of it; the transitional instant is what a real shutter catches. Name the biomechanics of instability — weight between feet, torso ahead of hips, secondary objects still moving — rather than asking for a freeze. Letting the camera's own shake continue past the freeze is what stops it reading as a still image.
The model freezes on the heroic apex with everything settled and symmetrical; specify what is still falling (rope slack, water, hem) inside the frozen frame.
